We are Siplast Parapro certified — the PMMA liquid-applied system NYCHA and city agencies increasingly specify for occupied-building reroofing, and the system we installed across 1,000+ squares at Edenwald Houses. We also install modified bitumen and built-up assemblies on institutional buildings, cold-applied systems where open flame is prohibited, and complete parapet, coping, and railing packages fabricated in-house — one submittal package, one accountable installer.

At NYCHA's Edenwald Houses, L&M executed a comprehensive restoration across 13 occupied residential buildings: over 1,000 squares of Siplast Parapro PMMA roofing with tapered insulation, complete parapet reconstruction, extensive façade restoration including brick repointing and lintels, metal coping fabrication, railing systems, gutters, structural shoring, and concrete repairs — all while maintaining resident safety and comfort.
