What is Local Law 11 facade inspection?
Local Law 11 (FISP - Facade Inspection Safety Program) requires buildings over 6 stories in NYC to have exterior walls and appurtenances inspected every 5 years by a qualified exterior wall inspector (QEWI). We perform repairs identified during these inspections and help building owners maintain compliance.
