Large-Scale Building Envelope Restoration
A comprehensive restoration project across 13 residential structures, requiring coordinated work on occupied buildings while maintaining resident safety and comfort. Over 1,000 squares of Siplast Parapro PMMA roofing systems with tapered insulation, complete parapet reconstruction, extensive facade restoration including brick repointing and lintels, metal coping fabrication, railing systems, gutter installation, structural shoring, and concrete repairs.

Working across 13 occupied NYCHA buildings, L&M self-performed roofing, masonry, metal, and structural scopes in tight coordination to keep residents safe while restoring the full building envelope.

1,000+ squares of premium PMMA roofing systems with new tapered insulation and drain installations
Parapet Reconstruction
Complete parapet wall demolition and rebuilding with integrated waterproofing systems
Metal Coping Fabrication
Custom-fabricated and installed metal coping systems for superior water management
Facade Restoration
Extensive brick repointing, replacement, lintel repairs, and complete facade restoration
Gutter Installation
Complete gutter system installation for proper water drainage and building protection
Railing Fabrication & Installation
