Project Overview
Full demolition and reconstruction of a 170-foot vehicle ramp serving the rooftop parking deck at Mount Kisco Chevrolet in Mount Kisco, Westchester County. L&M removed the deteriorated ramp to its supporting steel, replaced beams and beam-to-column connections, and rebuilt the structure with new metal deck, epoxy-coated reinforcement and a 4,000 PSI structural slab - followed by a complete waterproofing assembly, traffic coating, and new OSHA-compliant handrail.
The dealership stayed open throughout. L&M installed overhead protection beneath the ramp before demolition began, so the service department underneath kept running while the ramp above was taken down to steel and rebuilt.
