Sendero Verde

Sendero Verde is a 709-unit, permanently affordable, full-block development in East Harlem by L+M Development Partners — the largest multifamily Passive House in the United States. L&M Roofing self-performed the roofing and waterproofing across both the North and South buildings: a hot fluid-applied American Hydrotech MM6125 membrane assembly (R-30/R-40) covering courtyard, setback, main, and bulkhead roofs, with heavyweight Roofblok and pedestal-set concrete pavers, vegetated green-roof areas, custom aluminum parapet coping, PMMA canopy and bulkhead membranes, and interior mechanical-room waterproofing — backed by a 25-year manufacturer warranty.
